5 YEAR STEP WARRANTY
Terms of warranty:
ALPS Manufacturing, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser that if a Step should suffer a structural failure due to a defect in material or workmanship within five (5) years from date of purchase, ALPS Manufacturing, Inc. will, at its option repair or provide a replacement Step. The replacement step will be FOB our plant. The repair or replacement will be made in a timely manner, and either will be at no-charge to the original retail purchaser with the following exclusions:
ALPS Manufacturing, Inc. will not be responsible for the cost of removal or installation of any defective Step, or any other costs, expenses or damages, including, but not limited to, freight, labor, concrete, water, chemicals, or landscaping. Specifically excluded from this warranty is ordinary wear and tear, or defects caused by negligence, improper installation and/or improper use or maintenance. Failure to correctly follow installation instructions voids this warranty. Also excluded are damages caused by acts of God, accident, fire, mechanical or chemical means. The warranty period of a repaired or replaced defective Step shall extend only until the end of the original warranty period.
Return of warranty card within 30 days of purchase or valid proof of purchase is required to validate this warranty.
ALPS Manufacturing, Inc. shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to any damages for loss of use or injury to persons or property. Any claims therefore are hereby specifically excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary according to jurisdiction.
It is expressly agreed that there are no warranties expressed or implied, made by the manufacturer or their representatives or customers except as stated above. This warranty is enforceable only by the original retail consumer and applies only to Steps purchased for private residential use.
Note: Please fill out and submit the Warranty Card Form to activate your warranty under the terms of the warranty listed above. Also keep a copy of your proof of purchase and a copy of the above warranty for your own records.

5 YEAR SPILLOVER WARRANTY
ALPS Manufacturing, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser that if a Spillover should suffer a structural failure due to a defect in material or workmanship within five (5) years from date of purchase, ALPS Manufacturing, Inc. will, at its option repair or provide a replacement Spillover. The replacement Spillover will be FOB our plant. 15 YEAR PLUNGE / COCKTAIL POOL WARRANTY
ALPS Manufacturing, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser that if a Plunge / Cocktail Pool should suffer a structural failure due to a defect in material or workmanship within fifteen (15) years from date of purchase, ALPS Manufacturing, Inc. will, at its option repair or provide a replacement Plunge Pool. The replacement Plunge / Cocktail Pool will be FOB our plant. The repair or replacement will be made in a timely manner, and either will be at no-charge to the original retail purchaser with the following exclusions:
